## Dependency risks and notes
- The majority of declared package references (the SAIF BOF Framework set, `SAIF.Framework.Common`, `SAIF.HashUtil`, `SAIF.Web.API.Clients`/`Core`, `Oracle.ManagedDataAccess`, `Newtonsoft.Json`, `RestSharp`) are unused by this library's actual two-file source surface; they appear to be inherited boilerplate from the standard SAIF class-library project template rather than reflecting real functional dependencies.*
